Responsible for providing business administration and financial leadership to the aviation department, build and maintaining relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders, such as accounting, finance, corporate planning and analysis, insurance and risk, corporate tax, procurement, facilities, security, and legal. Ensure accurate financial reporting, process risk self-assessment, business impact analysis and continuity planning, internal audit, contracts, procurement, and vendor governance processes, in alignment with the enterprise. Aircraft use reporting (business/non-business) and related tax implications and compliance reporting to the executive compensation proxy team (IRS/SEC/Proxy).
